5. Design Personality Quiz

Our Design Personality Quiz, Your Space, Your Self, is hosted through Tally.

The quiz does not currently request participants' names or email addresses. Responses are collected to provide design personality insights and to explore general patterns in individual spatial preferences.

Art of Space Creative Studio does not currently use quiz responses to identify or contact individual participants.

Tally may process technical information when visitors access the quiz. Please refer to Tally's Privacy Policy for further information.

If the quiz is updated to collect identifiable personal information, this Privacy Notice will be reviewed and updated accordingly.

6. Sharing Your Information

We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, contact forms, email communication, quiz administration and business administration.

These may include Wix and Tally.

We disclose only information necessary for the relevant purpose. Where providers process information outside the UK, we will assess applicable data protection requirements and safeguards.

7. How Long We Keep Information

Our proposed retention periods are:

• Unsuccessful project enquiries: up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact.

• Project agreements, invoices and relevant business records: up to six years after completion, or longer where legally required.

Information will be securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
